The log data on our e-mail server will be deleted after seven days at the latest.<\/p><p>4) Applicant Data<\/p><p>If you send us your application, we will process the data sent to us to fulfill our (pre)contractual obligations as part of the application process. If your application is successful, we process the data for the purpose of carrying out the employment relationship.<\/p><p>The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR and Section 26 BDSG. If you voluntarily transmit special categories of personal data to us, such as health data or religious affiliation, the legal basis is also Article 9 (2) (b) GDPR.<\/p><p>If your application is unsuccessful, we will delete your data after six months at the latest. The storage until then takes place to answer any questions about the application process and to fulfill our obligation to provide evidence from the AGG.
