Cookies are small text files that are stored on your system and through which we receive certain information. When you visit our website, we draw your attention to the use of cookies by means of a cookie notice that refers to this data protection declaration. There you can also agree to the use of cookies.

The legal basis for the use of technically required cookies is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and Section 25 (2) No. 2 TTDSG. Our legitimate interest in the use of technically required cookies lies in being able to offer you a functional and user-friendly website. The cookies are also absolutely necessary in order to provide you with the telemedia service you have expressly requested.

The legal basis for the technically unnecessary cookies is your consent in accordance with Art.

You can delete cookies at any time via your browser settings.

3) email contact

If you contact us by e-mail, we will store the personal data you have transmitted in order to answer your enquiries.

In the course of the transport or delivery of your e-mail, log data is also generated regularly, which also contains, for example, the IP address of the e-mail server you are using. The legal basis is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. f GDPR, whereby our legitimate interest results from the above-mentioned purposes. If contact is aimed at concluding a contract or if contact is made as part of an existing contractual relationship, the legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

If you withdraw your application, we will delete your data immediately.

5) Google Services

This website uses the Google services described in more detail below, which are provided by Google Ireland Limited („Google“), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The information generated as part of the use of the services can be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

We have concluded the current EU standard contractual clauses with the provider as the legal basis for any third-country transfer that may take place. We also assume that your consent also relates to the third country transfer. We would like to point out that we do not know exactly how the data is processed by Google and who (e.g. US authorities and secret services) access the data. In general, there is no adequate level of data protection comparable to the GDPR in the USA and the enforcement of your rights can be considerably more difficult, which is why risks cannot be completely ruled out.

Google Maps

On this website we use the offer of Google Maps. This enables us to show you interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map function.

By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data collected when you visit our website will be transmitted. This takes place regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be associated with your profile on Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research and/or needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right.

The legal basis for the use of Google Maps is your consent and thus Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
